Vitapur is Slovenia’s largest producer of mattresses, beds, and quality home goods. For over a decade, the company’s mission has focused on selling products that promote quality sleep and healthy living. Today, Vitapur offers a wide array of home goods on its online store in a variety of categories, including kitchen, bathroom and home & leisure.
The client wanted to improve customer results on its online store. In particular, the client had three objectives:
- To increase its user base
- To lower cost per conversion
- To increase overall traffic to the site
Dinetix conducted extensive market research to understand the needs of Vitapur’s customers. Ultimately, we selected a marketing mix that would allow the client to connect with its digital-savvy audience and showcase its products and promotions.
The channels included Google ads, Facebook ads, and Instagram advertising in Criteo. Utilizing primarily visual ads, the client was able to connect with new audiences, reconnect with existing customers, and re-engage cart abandoners and website visitors who didn’t make a purchase.
We compared Black Friday Months 2017/2018 where we made wonderful results. Revenue increased by 57,1%, with transactions growing by 69,5%.
